Getting there & staying
We’ve got you
A bus, on us
We’re running a comfortable bus down from Bangalore and one from Coimbatore. Tell us on the RSVP and we’ll keep you a seat. Sleep on the way, arrive fresh.
Or fly
Chennai (MAA) is the practical one, roughly 160 km and about four hours by road. Pondicherry (PNY) is far closer but only takes a handful of flights, so check before you bank on it.
Or drive
It’s a genuinely lovely drive down the coast, and there’s parking waiting for you when you arrive. Bring a playlist.
Where you’ll sleep
A room is taken care of for you for the Pondicherry days, so you don’t need to book anything. We’ll send the details closer to the date.

What time should I arrive?
Festivities start at 2.30 pm on 29 December, the day before the wedding.
What should I wear?
Each function has its own colours, printed on its card in The Events: pastels for the Haldi, multicolour with a bit of shine for the Sangeet, earth tones for the wedding. Anything in that range is right.
Will accommodation be provided?
Yes. A room is taken care of for the Pondicherry days, so you don’t need to book anything.
How do I get there?
There’ll be buses from Bangalore and Coimbatore. Flights, driving and where you’ll sleep are all in We’ve got you, just above.
How do I get between the events?
You don’t need to. The Haldi, the Mehendi & Sangeet and the wedding are all on the same grounds at The Shore Trishvam. The reception is a separate day in Bangalore.
What about gifts?
Your being there is the whole thing. We fly home to the States, so nothing to carry.
